The Seaside Civic & Convention Center offers
the following services with your facility contract.
- Expert assistance of our professional staff in planning and organizing all aspects of your event.
- Complete custodial services during your event.
- Listing of your event in our media distribution and website.
- Basic sound, stage lighting and HVAC services.
- Site inspection arrangements.
- On-site banquet and special event coordination.
- Restaurant and attraction guides.
- In-house catering manager to help in planning your food and beverage needs.
- Audio-Visual Equipment and other supplies available include: microphones and a variety of mic stands, easels, screens, overhead projectors,multimedia projectors, TV/VCR's, slide projectors, portable PA systems, risers, two pianos, and dry erase boards with markers. (Nominal fees may be applied to certain AV items.)
- A copier and fax machine are available. Each contracted event is allowed 250 free black and white photocopies; additional copies are available at .10 cents each. We also offer color copies at .50 cents each. There is a fee of $1 per page for sending a fax. No fees are charged for receiving a fax.
- Freight can be stored, with advance notice, 48 hours before your event (excluding weekends). Materials left after the event more than 48 hours will be charged a storage fee of $50.00/day.
- Pipe and drape with basic electrical service. Arrangements can be made through the Center office for extra electrical services.
