We would like to draw your attention to the following policies and guidelines:

Oregon Fine Foods is the exclusive caterer and food & beverage concessionaire at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center. Due to state and local health codes, state alcohol beverage control regulations and insurance requirements, OREGON FINE FOODS cannot allow any food or beverage to be brought into the Seaside Civic and Convention Center by convener or guests without the express written consent of Oregon Fine Foods. All food and beverages must be consumed on the premises.

Orders for food and beverage services including menu selections and approximate number of guests must be placed no later than 30 days prior to your event. Oregon Fine Foods must be notified of the exact amount of guests for each meal function by noon 3 business days prior to the event, and this number may not be decreased. This will be considered a guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Oregon Fine Foods will be prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee to a maximum of 30 persons. You will be charged for the guarantee or the number served, whichever is greater. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.

Additions to the guarantee made less than 3 working days before the event must be approved by the caterer.  If a guarantee is not received, the estimated number of guests indicated will be considered the guarantee.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Menu prices may be confirmed up to 90 days prior to the event upon signing a catering contract. Menu prices are based on a minimum of 50 persons unless otherwise indicated. We can accommodate smaller groups but it may be necessary to add additional labor charges.

Menu prices are inclusive. There are no additional service charges or gratuities added to the menu price. There is no applicable sales tax at this time.

Meal prices include basic linen, on request. Table decorations, special linen overlays, etc. will be an additional charge.

Requests for Special Dietary Considerations (i.e. vegetarian, etc.) must be made in advance and approved by the caterer. Themes (i.e. Mexican, Beach Party, etc.) are welcome and quotes can be provided for any occasion or entree.

Completion of meal service (all dishes cleared from tables) is expected within 3 hours of serving time.  If additional time is needed, labor charges may apply.

We will be happy to discuss these services with you and to provide a quotation for service tailored to your function.

Cancellations received by Oregon Fine Foods less than 14 days prior to the scheduled food and beverage function shall be subject to a service charge of 30% of the projected food and beverage purchases. Oregon Fine Foods Inc. assumes no responsibility for damage to or loss of any merchandise or articles left on premises prior to, during, or following an event.
